Shipping & Local Pick Up Policy

SHIPPING

Our shipping rate is a flat rate of $7.95 and orders over $99 ship for free.  Orders will be processed within 1-4 business days of receiving. Shipping usually takes 2-5 business days via USPS after being processed, depending on how far from us you are located. Orders are shipped out of Maryville, Missouri. 

PLEASE double check your shipping address! Once we ship your order, you will be charged for us to ship it the second time if you entered the wrong address. 

**WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST IN TRANSIT YOU WILL NEED TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE POST OFFICE.

If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package. We normally use USPS: 1-800-275-8777.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING is not available.

LOCAL PICK UP

FREE Porch Pickup is available for ALL orders! You will receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up. Pickups are available between Monday-Friday between the hours of noon-6pm and Saturday 10-1. Packages are monitored by video surveillance cameras at all times.
