RETURNS

We truly hope that you love your purchases from Harlow x Brooks Boutique. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for store credit only and must be returned within 14 business days from the date on receipt.  After this time frame, your item will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. We understand that sometimes things do not ship as scheduled and we are willing to make exceptions for business holidays or delays in shipping due to the mailing service.

Items from our “SALE” tab AND all items purchased with a discount of 25% or more are FINAL SALE. Items purchased during a sale are FINAL SALE. 

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. No return authorization is needed, simply ship your item to

Please use proper packaging when sending back items and include your packing slip/invoice. Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you. 

If you return a final sale item or a late return it will not be given store credit. You can choose to have the item shipped back to you at your own expense.

Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted. 

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange and item for a different size, please include a hand written note on the packing slip of what you need. If available, we will ship back the correct size and send you an invoice for shipping costs. 

DAMAGED ITEMS

If for some reason you receive a damaged item, please report this to us within three days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at info@harlowandbrooks.com and forward photos of any damage.
